QS Faleye is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK, Corporate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, a certified Project Management Professional with Project Management Institute, and LEED Green Associate with US Green Building Council. He is presently the Managing Partner of Samprec Consultants Ltd, a Project Management firm based in Abuja and Lagos, Nigeria.
He currently serves as Senior Quantity Surveyor Retainer, with the United Nations Organization for Project Services (UNOPS) in Ghana Multi-Country Office. He became the first Young QS in Africa to receive African Association of Quantity Surveyors (AAQS) Africa’s Young QS Achiever Award in October 2020. as a result of His love for the profession, He presently serves as the Assistant Secretary for International Cost Engineering Council (ICEC) Region 3 (Africa), and member of the RICS Global Professional Group panel for construction.
QS Faleye obtained his first degree in Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife Nigeria and in 2012 and graduated with a Second Class Honour, Upper Division. He has his Master’s Degree in Project Management at Ahmadu Bello University in 2021.
He is a past Chairman of the Young Quantity Surveyors Forum in Nigeria and has provided strategic support to professional organizations in Zambia, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania and Mozambique on how to build young professionals fora. He has equally served in various committees, facilitated learning and development programmes, and volunteered as a Resource Person, both at the local Chapters and National levels.
He equally has experience in procurement and anti-corruption project design and implementation with a contract background and the use of standards like FIDIC, ICE, JCT, NRM, BESMM4, and ICMS3 to aid transparency on projects. He has served as Procurement Audit Consultant for the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) on more than 250 public sector projects towards taming corruption and increasing transparency and accountability on projects. He is versatile in urban development in conflict and post-conflict periods, currently providing procurement, project, and cost management services in Nigeria and other Anglophone West African countries for UNOPS.
DR ISAAC ABIODUN Principal Advisor
Dr. Isaac Abiodun obtained his first degree in Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife Nigeria and in 1995 with a Second Class Honour, Upper Division. He also has his Masters Degrees in trio disciplines: Master in Business Administration from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Nigeria in 2003, Master in Civil Engineering from Norwich University, USA in 2009 and Master of Arts in Policy, Management and Government from University of York, UK in 2012. He also has an Executive Masters Degree in Project Management from Project Management College; a UK based private institution in 2007 and has also completed a Professional Certification course on Knowledge and Skills in Cost Engineering at IOWA State University USA in 2007. He obtained his Doctorate degree from University of Salford, UK in the Built Environment with Research Interest in Public Private Partnership for Infrastructure Provision in 2012. He qualified as an international Certified Public Private Partnership Specialist from Institute of Public Private Partnership Washinton D.C USA in conjunction with The Water, Engineering and Development Centre of Loughborough University, Leicestershire, United Kingdom in 2014.

Olasumbo obtained his National diploma in Building Technology from The federal Polytechnic Ede in 2007 and in 2012, had his Bachelor’s degree in Building from Obafemi Awolowo University,Ile-ife. He proceeded to Texas A&M University USA in 2019 where he obtained Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. He is also a Professional Member of Project Management Institute, U.S.A.
AKOR ATTAI Associate Cost Consultant
Mr Akor Attai holds B.Tech, Quantity surveying in 2018, Graduated with a Second Class Upper honour and as the third best student, with CGPA of 4.40. Past President of National Association of Quantity Surveying Students (NAQSS), Federal University of Technology, Minna, 2016/2017 session. Have completed courses in Project Management Professional (PMP), Customer Service and Relationship Management (CSRM), Human Resource Management (HRM) and Health Safety and Environment (HSE). Have volunteered in different capacities in the Young Quantity Surveyors Forum (YQSF).
ENGR KOLA IBRAHIM Technical Advisor
Kola is experienced in the Design and construction of large Infrastructure projects, and has gained vast specialist skills while working for an EPC Contractor that constructed High Voltage Power Projects such as a 2X60MVA 132/33KV Substation at Shonga and 2X132KV Line Bay Extension at Ganmo, Kwara State –Lot 2010-29, and a 2X60MVA 132/33KV Substation at Igangan and 2X132 Switching Station at Igboora, Oyo State-Lot 2009-11 for The Transmission Company Of Nigeria. He is Corporate Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE)-No 31469 and Registered Engineer, Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)-No 29685. He obtained B.tech/Civil Engineering at Ladoke Akintola University Of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State, Nigeria in 2009; Masters/Information Technology(MIT) Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State, Nigeria 2014; MSc Housing Studies and Development at The University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, 2015.

Mrs Blessing Mbacha is a law graduate from Madonna University, Okija. where she obtained her L.L.B. Hons. She went to Nigerian Law School, Abuja and has been called to the Nigerian Bar and Enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria (BL). She served in Legal Unit, Ilorin South Local Government Secretariat, Kwara State in 2009. She is a Member of NBA, Abuja Chapter, Legal Aid Council, Kwara State Chapter and also Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators, Nigeria (PNM). She has worked as a lawyer with Abuka and Partners, Transcorp Hilton, and also in Alpha Law Chambers and now works in Samprec Consultants Ltd as the Company Secretary.
